ALL COUNTERS READY FOR NEW 100€ AND 200€ BANKNOTE
The counters marketed by BATEMAT are ready to accept all the tickets of the new Euro SE2 series. Ready for the present and the near future.
The new SE2 series of Euros, of which banknotes of € 5, € 10, € 20 and € 50 are currently in circulation, and which will soon include € 100 and € 200 banknotes, modifies the design of the tickets including more colors in the different denominations, which together with the change of dimensions they have had, has generated recognition problems in the majority of outdated technology equipment, producing that these counters are not operative for the control of these bills soon in circulation.
All the bill counters marketed by BATEMAT, are ready for the appearance of the new banknotes, since they have digital CIS (Image Recognition) technology that allows ensuring that changes in color or size will not influence its correct operation, recognizing and valuing without errors.
In addition all these teams are approved by the ECB, having passed positively the ECB SE2 test, this approval consists of verifying the ability of the counters of tickets to evaluate the different security measures contained in the tickets, their recognition and their capacity for the detection of a bank of bills specially prepared for the control of the detection capacity of the counters.
